"There is only one corner of the universe you can be sure of improving: yourself."

My approach

I draw on many theoretical and practical approaches, including Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Solution-Focused Coaching, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Somatic Work. This means I work holistically with you, engaging with your relationship between body, mind, and behaviour.

Working in this way lets us look at both the depth and surface of what is happening to explore how this impacts your thoughts, feelings, and physiology. Whether these are day-to-day challenges or relational, how you interact with others on an interpersonal and emotional level or performance-based, we can find a style that works best for you.

Coaching Psychology

As a Fellow of the Association of Coaching, I provide executive management and business coaching for individuals and organisations. As an inclusive practitioner, I also specialise in enhanced performance strategies for neuro-differences in the workplace.

At a company level, I facilitate group and team coaching. For example, I provided masterclasses for the NHS Coaching Academy, coached interns, apprentices and graduates for Microsoft and coached leaders as part of AstraZeneca’s Global Female Empowerment programme.

My experience is working with all level stakeholders within different organisations, from small and medium to large corporates, across industries including media, tech, pharmaceuticals, film and television, the Civil Service, Government, and Higher Education.

I regularly facilitate reflective practice sessions for companies to enhance self-development, allowing individuals to unpack any emotional labour from the labour of their work and find creative ways forward.

Counselling Psychotherapy

My work as a counsellor began for the NHS Talking Therapies, seeing clients face-to-face. Today, I see clients online, and in-person in Battersea, Clapham, and Westminster. I also hold sessions in green spaces providing eco-therapy for those who prefer the freedom of being outdoors.

Clients come to counselling for many different reasons. You don’t need to be in crisis before booking a session; simply having a safe space to talk about your thoughts and feelings with someone who will listen without judgment can help you process what is happening.

I work with clients on many aspects of their life covering a range of topics, including life transitions, and managing change. Grief, loss, ageing, or situational change, for example, redundancy, improving relationships with loved ones and families, managing new relationships, and overcoming procrastination and perfectionism, imposter syndrome, anxiety, depression, dealing with addiction, obsessive-compulsive behaviours, and feeling stuck by things that happened in the past.

Wellbeing Advisor

By assessing the environment and looking at individuals’ needs, I provide an individualised programme of support and a listening space for anyone overwhelmed by work pressure. I have worked on projects funded by BAFTA and The Fringe Society, ensuring the psychological safety needs of writers and performers are met.

I work with neurotypicals and individuals with hidden disabilities and understand how thinking differently is unique to the individual. I respond to this by working through the challenges often imposed by societal norms, which manifest into and are not limited to imposter syndrome, anxiety and depression, and complicated relationships.

About me

From working in theatre, film and TV production in Hong Kong to empowering individuals in the UK, I've built a career at the intersection of storytelling and transformation. As a researcher, writer, and presenter for Hong Kong TV I crafted engaging youth narratives and spearheaded "Ginger Gap," a new show commissioned by TVB.

Driven by the power of empowering others, I leveraged my diverse experiences, including international work, to pursue coaching and counselling. My exposure to different cultures and understanding of human psychology honed through acting, allow me to connect with clients on a deeper level. I act as a facilitator, empowering them to achieve their goals with clarity and confidence.
